Our philosophy

We are Nina Catering and at Nina Catering we love food, and nothing but good food. When we say good food, we mean a fusion of flavours, quality and knowledge; we make soul food and soul food is more than just eating. Food can make you feel good and energetic and is an important part of any day and celebration. At Nina Catering eating is living. And after all, you only live once, so why not do it right?

At Nina Catering we solely  use products that we love. Seasonal, organic when possible, always refined and we serve our dishes in a contemporary way; in presentation as well as the tableware we serve it on.

Wieneke Hoorn is at the helm of Nina Catering. Cooking has been central to her life for as long as she can remember. Anthony Bourdain, the illustrious chef, was a huge inspiration and role model for Wieneke. After the Hotelschool in Amsterdam, different cuisines, restaurants  and caterers in the Netherlands, France & Great Britain, it was time to turn her knowledge and experience into something tangible. Nina Catering has been around since 2011.

‘If you can’t stand the heat – get out of the kitchen’. This not only applies to Wieneke, but for the rest of the Nina Catering team as well. With tremendous dedication and personal contact with our clients, attention to detail for every aspect of production and execution, we strive for the perfect picture for our clients. At Nina Catering we come up with ideas, involve clients in the process, and take the work off their hands.
